在军队中,军队的保卫工作是保持军队稳定的重要工作,而在所有工作中,军队的刑事侦查工作又是重中之重。这一工作与其他工内容相对比具有显著特殊性,分析这种特殊性能够使得军队的刑事侦查规律得以探索,也能够使相关人员的制度认知更加深化。本文将围绕构建军队刑事侦查工作特殊性的理论体系,从意义、原因、要求、问题以及建议等几个方面进行阐述,以期适应军队法制建设发展的需要和打击军内刑事犯罪的要求,构建更加完备的具有中国特色的军队刑事侦查体系。
