校企合作、共建人才培养基地,是地方高校加快高等教育转型发展,适应应用型人才培养需要的重要途径。地方本科法学教育适应高等教育转型发展,一要确定明确的人才培养目标,二要走校企合作育人之路,三是互利共赢是校企合作的坚实基础。在互利共赢建设中,寻找合作双方的联结点,实现合作科研和就业。同时,大学生定期实践缓解了法院案多人少的矛盾,大学生的法律志愿服务成为特色导诉。
It is an important way for local colleges and universities to speed up the transformation and development of higher education and meet the needs of training applied talents in order to establish a talent cultivation base through cooperation between schools and enterprises. In order to adapt to the transformation and development of higher education, local undergraduate law education must first establish a clear goal of personnel training, and secondly, take the road of school-enterprise cooperation and education. Third, mutual benefit and win-win are the solid foundation for school-enterprise cooperation.
