本文回顾性分析38例典型肝脓肿及不典型肝脓肿的螺旋CT三期扫描表现,以提高对肝脓肿,特别是不典型肝脓肿的诊断水平。结果显示,螺旋CT三期扫描能显著肝内病灶血供情况,对不典型肝脓肿的诊断具有重要价值。
This retrospective analysis of 38 cases of typical liver abscess and atypical liver abscess spiral CT three stage scan performance to improve the diagnosis of liver abscess, especially atypical liver abscess. The results show that three-phase spiral CT scan can significantly liver blood supply situation, the diagnosis of atypical liver abscess has important value.
