在对输液传统配液方法利与弊分析的基础上,探讨国内输液配液工艺革新的可行性。对比了采用革除添加活性炭的一步配液法(新工艺)制备的4个品种(14个批次)的稳定性和安全性,并与采用传统工艺制备的产品对比。结果 14批样品所检项目均符合质量标准规定,且两种工艺制得的产品无明显差异。因此,国内现今输液生产中革新传统的浓配加活性炭的配液方法,采用一步配液法是可行的。
Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional infusion solution method, the feasibility of the innovation of the infusion solution solution in China was discussed. The stability and safety of four varieties (14 batches) prepared by one-step dosing method with new activated carbon (new process) were compared with those prepared by the traditional process. Results 14 batches of samples seized items are in line with quality standards, and the two products produced no significant difference. Therefore, it is feasible to use one-step dosing method to reform the traditional traditional method of dosing with activated carbon in the current infusion production in our country.
