目的探讨Wigglegram所包括的多因素分析对于边缘病例的拔牙诊断价值。方法筛选正畸拔牙非拔牙边缘病例共20例。常规取口内模型,头颅定位侧位片,面像,进行Wigglegram项目分析。对治疗前后PAR指数进行配对t检验。结果20例拔牙边缘病例中,14例采用了非拔牙矫治计划,6例采用了拔牙矫治计划。其中,非拔牙矫治平均时间为12个月,拔牙矫治平均治疗时间为17个月。矫治前后PAR指数分析结果表明牙齿的排列,前牙的覆合覆盖以及后牙的咬合关系均取得了显著性改善(P<0.01)。结论Wigglegram作为考虑拔牙多因素的分析汇总表,可成为临床拔牙边缘病例的诊断工具。
Objective To explore the value of multivariate analysis included in Wigglegram in the diagnosis of marginal cases. Methods Totally 20 cases of non-extraction edge of orthodontic tooth extraction. Conventional oral model, cranial positioning flaps, face, for Wigglegram project analysis. PAR index before and after treatment paired t test. Results Of the 20 cases with margins of tooth extraction, 14 cases adopted non-extraction treatment plan and 6 cases adopted extraction treatment plan. Among them, the average time of non-extraction treatment is 12 months, extraction treatment average treatment time is 17 months. The results of PAR index before and after treatment showed that the arrangement of teeth, the coverage of anterior teeth and the occlusal relationship of posterior teeth were significantly improved (P <0.01). Conclusion Wigglegram as a summary of the multi-factor analysis of extraction tooth extraction can become a diagnostic tool for clinical cases of edge extraction.
