试验结果表明 ,茶尺蠖核型多角体病毒的多角体悬液经 80℃ (水浴 )、干多角体经 12 0℃ (烘箱 )恒温处理 15分钟时 ,多角体失去活性。夏季 ,干多角体薄层经阳光直射 2 4 hr后几乎失去活性。病毒悬液的 p H值在 4～8之间对病毒活性无影响
The results showed that polyhedron suspension of Polygonum tectorum-pyrolytic polyhedrosis virus was inactivated by 80 ℃ (water bath) and dried polyhedron for 15 minutes at 12 0 ℃ (oven). In summer, the dried polyhedra layer almost lost its activity after 24 h of direct sunlight. The virus suspension p H value of 4 to 8 had no effect on the virus activity
