不动产物权登记是不动产物权变动的公示形式,也是各国物权立法的重要内容。由于不动产登记制度影响交易安全和社会财产秩序甚大,现代各国莫不对之重视有加。目前我国出台的《物权法》虽然对于不动产登记制度作出了系统的规定,但是对于不动产登记机关的错误登记的赔偿责任制度规定的还不够详细,应对其予以完善,以期对不动产权利人更充分的保护,同时完善我国不动产登记制度。
