过去认为人眼晶状体是由蛋白质构成的具有一定弹性的无色透明体。随着眼科检查仪器的进展,人们发现很多人的晶状体并非完全透明,在任何部位都可能存在一些点状或小片状混浊。由于这些混浊点并不发展,也不影响视力,被看成是正常范围。近年,我们在裂隙灯下观察到晶状体内还存在着一种会活动的白色混浊小点,大小约为0.02mm,能在晶体内呈布朗氏运动,活动范围约0.1mm,活动频度3-5次/秒。为了解其临床意义,对部分病人进行了临床观察,总结如下:
