1993~1995年在河南卢氏种子园作了授粉试验,分析了不同授粉试验的授粉效率,证实在油松雌球花授粉期内,最先到达珠被臂的花粉,具有进入珠孔和珠心的优先权;在花芽绽开后第1~4d为雌球花的最适可授期,其中又以第2~3d的授粉效率最高;在可授期内重复授粉,对提高授粉效率和增加球果中饱满种子数量的效果不明显;一个授粉袋一次授粉用量以02mL为宜,小于01mL时授粉效率明显下降,大于02mL也不能增加球果中的饱满种子数;当交配设计的亲本花粉缺乏时,可用死花粉或滑石粉与新鲜花粉以1∶1的比例混合使用。本文还对各种授粉试验的授粉效率,开花同步指数估算时加权植的确定,及其加权后同步指数的变化作了初步讨论。
