目的 :分析Ets- 1(E2 6transformation -specific)在颌骨骨肉瘤的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测Ets- 1蛋白在 2 0例颌骨骨肉瘤和 8例骨软骨瘤中的表达。结果 :5 5 % (11 2 0 )的骨肉瘤中Ets - 1呈阳性表达 ,阳性表达率在各病理学分型间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而转移组明显高于未转移组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;12 .5 % (1 8)的骨软骨瘤呈Ets - 1阳性 ,与骨肉瘤相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :Ets - 1在颌骨骨肉瘤中过表达并与骨肉瘤的转移有关。
Objective: To analyze the expression and significance of Ets-1 (E2 6 transformation-specific) in osteosarcoma of the jaw. Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of Ets-1 protein in 20 cases of osteosarcoma and 8 cases of osteochondroma. Results: The positive expression rate of Ets - 1 in 5 5% (11 20) of osteosarcoma was not significantly different between the pathological types (P> 0.05), but the metastasis was significantly higher than that of the untransfected group (P <0. 05), and 12.5% (18) of osteochondroma was positive for Ets - 1, which was significantly different from that of osteosarcoma (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ets - 1 is overexpressed in osteosarcoma of the jaw and related to the metastasis of osteosarcoma.
