针对国内某高铁拜耳赤泥的特点进行了深度还原--磁选实验,探讨了还原剂量、添加剂量、还原温度、还原时间、磨矿细度和磁场强度等不同影响因素对铁精矿品位和回收率的影响.通过化学多元素分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法,确定了原赤泥及所得铁精矿的物相组成和特点.在不采用添加剂时,所得铁精矿的品位为85.66%,回收率为91.86%;采用添加剂时,所得铁精矿的品位为91.23%,回收率为93.13%.
According to the characteristics of Bayer red mud in a high-speed railway in China, a deep reduction-magnetic separation experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of different influencing factors such as reducing agent, additive, reduction temperature, reduction time, grinding fineness and magnetic field strength on iron concentrate grade and And the recovery rate.The phase composition and characteristics of the original red mud and the obtained iron concentrate were determined by chemical multi-elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.When the additives were not used, The grade of concentrate is 85.66%, the recovery rate is 91.86%. When the additive is added, the grade of iron concentrate obtained is 91.23%, the recovery rate is 93.13%.
