电力产业是社会的基础产业,如果想在基础产业上有较快的提升与发展,就必须同时满足国民经济需求和人们生活的改善发展。这就意味着,电力企业必须从战略上、文化建设上、和绩效管理等各个方面调整或者提升。吸引高素质人才,提高自身员工素质,才是电力企业发展之根本,从而提升电力行业的综合竞争能力和发展能力。对此本文进行了一些探讨。
Power industry is the basic industry of society. If we want to improve and develop rapidly in basic industries, we must meet the needs of national economy and the improvement of people’s life at the same time. This means that power companies must adjust or upgrade strategically, culturally, and performance management. Attracting high-quality personnel and improving the quality of their own employees is the fundamental to the development of power enterprises, so as to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness and development capabilities of the power industry. This article made some discussion.
