By analyzing several actual maintenance cases, the author points out that improving the organizational reliability of work organization is an effective way to prevent and control human error and summarizes four effective measures: changing serial organizational mode to teamwork mode; Organization Law; Echelon Planning Arrangement; Security Checklist Methods.
