当前,企业试行股份制,已成为经济体制改革的热点之一。我认为煤炭企业也可以有选择的进行股份制的试点工作。因为实行股份制有利于企业转换经营机制。1 实行股份制有利于抑制承包制中存在的短期行为煤炭企业实行承包制以来,短期行为倾向十分明显,表现在使用企业留利时普遍向消费倾斜;对国家资产的使用和开发缺乏长远和全局观念。企业自我发展、自我积累的机制未能真正建立起来。实行股份制,国家、企业、个人按股分红,共享盈利,共担风险。作为投资者和企业财产所有者的股东,不仅关心企业的眼前利益,同时也关心企业的长远利益,因为二者都与股东的切身利益直接相联。实实在在的利益机制把职工个人的利益和企业的利益紧紧地拴在一起,对于损害企业整体利益和长远利益的短期行为,广大股东不会赞同。

With the implementation of the share-holding system, the state, enterprises, and individuals will pay dividends on a share-share basis, sharing profits and sharing risks. As shareholders of investors and corporate property owners, they not only care about the immediate interests of the company, but also care about the long-term interests of the company, because both are directly linked to the immediate interests of the shareholders. The tangible benefits mechanism binds the individual interests of employees and the interests of the enterprise closely. The majority of shareholders will not agree with the short-term behavior that damages the overall interests of the company and the long-term interests.
