提出了微乳液增敏流动注射光度法测定锰的新方法.实验表明:由SDS、正丁醇及正庚烷等组成的微乳液对流动注射光度法测锰具有增敏作用.测定灵敏度比用SDS胶束提高了9.6%,采样频率可达240次样/h.方法用于实际样品分析结果令人满意.
A new method of micro-emulsion sensitizing flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of manganese was proposed. Experiments show that the microemulsion consisting of SDS, n-butanol and n-heptane can sensitize manganese by flow injection spectrophotometry. The sensitivity was 9.6% higher than that of SDS micelles, and the sampling frequency could reach 240 samples / h. The method used in the actual sample analysis is satisfactory.
