目的:探讨合成醋柳酯的新方法。方法:以水杨酸与愈创木酚为原料,在超声波作用下合成药物醋柳酯。结果:通过与文献报道路线的对比,可知在超声波作用下合成此药物反应时间由原先的6.0 h缩短到3.5 h、产率由43.8%提高到46.7%。结论:此法在合成药物醋柳酯时,能够使合成时间缩短且产率提高。
Objective: To explore a new method of synthesizing clavulanate. Methods: Salicylic acid and guaiacol were used as raw materials to synthesize the drug salbutamol under ultrasonic wave. Results: Compared with the reported route, the reaction time was shortened from 6.0 h to 3.5 h and the yield increased from 43.8% to 46.7% under the ultrasonic wave. Conclusion: This method can shorten the synthesis time and improve the yield when synthesizing the drug salbutamol.
