In the past decade, in response to the booming audio industry, many small studios and radio studios have been established, with a significant increase in the number of television studios. In the past, acoustic measurements and designs were based almost exclusively on statistical analysis of large rooms - the constants derived from this statistical analysis can be applied to empirical algorithms of any geometry of sufficient volume to produce a complete reverberant sound field.
