为了优化乌拉尔甘草的组培快繁方法,提高甘草丛生芽的诱导率,试验以无菌苗茎段为外植体,在一定浓度激素水平上应用天然提取物——椰乳研究其对甘草组培苗丛生芽的诱导率。结果表明:6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、激动素(KT)均能诱导外植体产生不定芽,且6-BA配合16%椰乳效果最好,月增殖系数可达12,最佳丛生芽诱导配方为MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+16%椰乳(CM),最佳生根配方为1/2 MS+0.8 mg/L萘乙酸(NAA)。说明一定浓度椰乳配合6-BA能有效提高甘草丛生芽诱导率和不定芽数目。
