2007年1月1日,经国家工商总局、卫生部联合修订后的《医疗广告管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)正式施行,取代了此前施行13年之久的旧《办法》。
On January 1, 2007, the Measures for the Administration of Medical Advertisements jointly promulgated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Ministry of Health (the “Measures”) came into effect, replacing the old “Measures” that had been implemented for 13 years.
