目的建立通络脉合剂中绿原酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定通络脉合剂中绿原酸含量,色谱柱为Supelco C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(11.5∶88.5);体积流量1.2 m L/min;柱温30℃;检测波长327 nm。结果绿原酸的回归方程为Y=20 465X+7 954.1,R2=0.999,绿原酸浓度在9.12~45.60μg/m L时线性关系良好。结论高效液相色谱法测定通络脉合剂中绿原酸含量,方法简便、准确、快速,可作为该合剂的定量分析方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Tongluo Maitong. Methods The content of chlorogenic acid in Tongluo Mixture was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Supelco C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (11.5:88.5) Flow 1.2 m L / min; column temperature 30 ℃; detection wavelength 327 nm. Results The regression equation of chlorogenic acid was Y = 20 465X + 7 954.1, R2 = 0.999, and the linear relationship was good when the concentration of chlorogenic acid was between 9.12 and 45.60μg / mL. Conclusion The determination of chlorogenic acid in Tongluo Mixture by high performance liquid chromatography is simple, accurate and rapid and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this mixture.
