采用系数倍率法测定治胃宝片中延胡索生物碱的含量，平均回收率１００．６７％，变异系数１．９３％，方法可靠，结果稳定，可作为该制剂的定量标准。
The coefficient of magnification method was used to determine the content of corydalis alkaloids in Zhiweibao Tablets. The average recovery rate was 100.67% and the coefficient of variation was 1.93%. The method was reliable and the result was stable. It can be used as a quantitative standard for the preparation.
