12月4日至5日,由中国拍卖行业协会主办、广西省拍卖行业协会协办的“拍卖师执业行为规范”专题理论研讨会在广西省北海市召开,张延华会长到会并致开幕词。与会人员包括各省市拍协领导、拍卖师资格考试主持技巧的考官、第一二届中拍杯拍卖师主持技巧大赛获奖者及部分法律专家和拍企人员等近130人。“2007年是拍卖行业的‘标准’年,拍卖师行为规范的核心就是标准化,这是历史赋予我们协会、我们行业的一个任务,是我们工作的重心。”张延华会长在会议开幕时便明确了此次会议的主题与重要性,同时也指出“拍卖师的执业行为规范,也像其他的标准化工作一
