对丁戊类机械工业厂房电气干线及其引下线的配置和保护设计存在的问题做了分析计算,并提出相应的解决方法。近几年来,北京中机一院工程设计有限公司承接了若干大型丁戊类机械工厂的设计任务,多采用插接式母线槽作为动力干线。由于新厂房尤其是联合厂房空间大、跨距大、管道繁多,干线的敷设空间有限,敷设高度不得不一提再提,引下线也越来越长。由此带来了引下线的保护问题。
This paper analyzes and calculates the existing problems in the design, configuration and protection of the electrical trunk line of Ding-Pei machinery industrial workshop and its down-drawer, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. In recent years, Beijing Central Machine Engineering Design Co., Ltd. to undertake a number of large-Ding Ding class mechanical factory design tasks, the use of plug-in bus duct as a power trunk. As the new plant, especially the joint plant space, large span, a large number of pipelines, the laying of the trunk space is limited, laying height have to mention mentioning, leads also longer and longer. This brings down the protection of the issue.
