对19根不同长细比、偏心率和初应力比的内填混凝土加固钢管构件进行了偏压试验研究。试验结果表明:负载下内填混凝土加固钢管偏压构件的破坏特征表现为弯曲失稳破坏,其挠曲线基本符合正弦曲线假设;初应力的存在会降低内填混凝土钢管偏压构件的极限承载力,且随着初应力的增加,构件承载力下降越明显。在此基础上对试验试件进行了有限元模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。
Nineteen concrete elements reinforced by SFR with different slenderness, eccentricity and initial stress ratio were subjected to a biasing test. The experimental results show that the failure characteristics of steel tube biased under internal load of concrete under load are as follows: the failure of flexural instability, the flexural curve basically conforms to the assumption of sinusoid; the existence of initial stress will reduce the ultimate bearing capacity of biased concrete filled tube , And with the increase of initial stress, the bearing capacity of components is more obvious. On this basis, the finite element simulation of the test specimen is carried out. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
