2-丁氧基苯甲酰胺(2-Butoxybenzamide)是水扬酸的衍生物。国外曾报导用水杨酰胺作原料进行合成及其具有抗真菌作用,国内尚未见有报导。为试验其抗真菌活性,作者采用水杨酸甲酯为原料经下列反应合成2-丁氧基苯甲酰胺。上述方法由Ⅰ合成Ⅱ,反应温度从文献的沸腾温度降为70~75℃,反应温和,适当延长反应时间,收率由文献的70~80%,提高到80~90%。本法合成的2-丁氧基苯甲酰胺为白色针状结晶;无臭;熔点75~76℃;经紫外光潜、红外光谱及质谱测定,均证明其结构确实。其溶解性:易溶于氯仿、
2-Butoxybenzamide is a derivative of salicylic acid. Foreign countries have reported the use of salicylamide as a raw material for synthesis and has anti-fungal effects, there have been no reports in China. To test its antifungal activity, the authors used methyl salicylate as a starting material to synthesize 2-butoxybenzamide by the following reaction.
