目的回顾性分析PCI围手术期的并发症发生情况及处理措施。方法随机抽取695例冠心病患者的围手术期并发症发生情况及临床资料进行分析。结果围手术期共发生并发症49例,发生率7.1%。其中心室纤颤6例,C型以上血管内膜撕裂6例,冠状动脉穿孔2例,无复流6例,支架术后6h急性血栓形成1例,血管迷走反射20例,穿刺部位假性动脉瘤8例。结论PCI围手术期并发症常见,经及时处理多数预后良好。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the incidence of perioperative complications and its treatment measures in PCI. Methods The perioperative complications and clinical data of 695 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly selected for analysis. Results Perioperative complications occurred in 49 cases, the incidence of 7.1%. Among them, ventricular fibrillation in 6 cases, C type of vascular intimal tear in 6 cases, 2 cases of coronary artery perforation, no-reflow in 6 cases, 6 h after stent thrombosis in 1 case, vasovagal reflex in 20 cases, Aneurysms in 8 cases. Conclusions The perioperative complications of PCI are common, and the majority of patients have good prognosis after timely treatment.
