碳纤维复合材料层压板受剪切载荷作用下屈曲性能的分析比较复杂,相应的结构试验难度也很高。因此通过经典层压板理论对其进行分析,建立了合理的数学模型,推导出了层压板在四边简支和四固支情况下的计算公式,并通过数值方法对某试验的试验件进行有限元建模,模拟复合材料层压板的受力方式,进行仿真计算,得出了复合材料层压板受载后的变形情况,应力分布及复材板的屈曲模式等,最后与某型号直升机上的复合材料层压板的剪切试验的试验结果进行对比分析,探究了某型号复合材料层压板的剪切屈曲性能。
The analysis of buckling performance of CFRP laminates under shear load is complicated, and the corresponding structure test is also very difficult.
