An n-Si-p-PbS heterojunction photovoltaic detector is described. This device operates at room temperature, the wavelength of 0.6 to 3 microns. The paper shows the size of the detector parameters of the two working areas, which are used for short-circuit current and photovoltaic electromotive force range.
