我院研制的BC111—P型传真机的主扫描减速机构采用蜗杆和斜齿轮方式,其优点是结构简单、传动平稳、传动速比大。根据邮电部颁布的传真机技术指标规定,单路传真机必须有二个扫描线频率——180线/分和120线/分。在滚筒扫描式的传真机上,相当于滚筒转速分别为180转/分和120转/分。在保证传输质量的前提下,要求机械结构既要简单,又要容易制造我们采用了电机频率变速,蜗杆和斜齿轮减速的方案,经过试制和改进,取得了比较满意的效果,兹介绍如下:
The main scanning and deceleration mechanism of BC111-P type fax machine developed by our hospital adopts the worm and helical gear mode, which has the advantages of simple structure, stable transmission and large transmission speed ratio.
