一、前言日本三菱重工业公司一直致力于燃用褐煤和无烟煤之类劣质煤的大容量锅炉领域的技术开发。一台已签订合同并正在制造的燃半烟煤的30万千瓦锅炉就是其成果之一。这台锅炉燃用的煤种的挥发份在以前被称为水平燃烧方式的挥发份极限—13%以下。从利用低挥发份煤的角度考虑,燃烧方式采用了可靠性及运行性能优异的切圆四角直接燃烧方式。本文介绍这台锅炉上采用的燃低挥发份煤燃烧器及在装该燃烧器的锅炉炉膛设计中所采用的新技术。
I. Preface Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. has been devoted to the technical development in the field of large-capacity boilers burning with inferior coal such as lignite and anthracite. One of the successes of a 300,000-kilowatt coal-fired boiler that has been contracted and is being manufactured. The volatile content of the coal used in this boiler was previously -13% below the limit of the volatile level of horizontal combustion. From the perspective of the use of low-volatile coal, the combustion method adopts the direct burning method of cutting quadrangles with excellent reliability and running performance. This article describes the low-volatile coal burner used on this boiler and the new technology used in the design of the hearth of a boiler equipped with this burner.
