对于媒体监督,主要是指媒体对社会事件或者社会现象表达观点和意见的方式,能够在根本上推动整个社会文明程度的增强。媒体监督发展时间较长,具有一定的权威性,能够实现对社会事件发展过程的阐述,也是对媒体实现全面监督的重要方式。当前,社会存在各自利益之间的矛盾,媒体监督面临较大的压力,因此,要重视对媒体监督发展现状和问题的探讨,对西方国家的先进经验进行积极借鉴,形成具有针对性的策略,构建高效的监督权法律保障体系。
