目的评价某以焦炉气为原料合成甲醇装置的职业病危害控制效果,提出防治对策,保护劳动者健康。方法通过现场卫生学调查,检测该作业场所职业病危害因素浓度(或强度),分析其职业病危害控制效果。结果检测生产性粉尘、物理及化学有害因素共23种,其中粉尘检测点位15个,合格点位8个,合格率53.3%;检测化学毒物18种,共计201个点位,其中氨的合格率为93.7%,其余化学毒物检测合格率100%;噪声检测涉及37个点位,噪声个体检测5个工种,合格率为40%;照明检测合格率为100%。结论煤尘、矽尘、氰化氢、苯并(a)吡、苯系物、硫化氢、萘、二硫化碳等是该项目的主要职业病危害因素,且危害程度十分严重,应通过工程技术改造,采取有效的职业病危害防护措施加以控制。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a methanol plant using coke oven gas as raw material and put forward control measures to protect the health of laborers. Methods According to the field health survey, the concentrations (or intensities) of occupational hazards in the workplace were detected and the control effects of occupational hazards were analyzed. Results Twenty-three kinds of productive dust, physical and chemical hazards were detected, of which 15 were dust detection spots and 8 were qualified spots with a pass rate of 53.3%. There were 18 kinds of chemical toxicants detected, a total of 201 spots, of which ammonia qualified The rate of 93.7%, the remaining chemical poisoning pass rate of 100%; noise detection involves 37 points, the noise of individual testing 5 kinds of work, the pass rate of 40%; lighting test pass rate of 100%. Conclusion Coal dust, silica dust, hydrogen cyanide, benzo (a) pyrene, benzene series, hydrogen sulfide, naphthalene and carbon disulfide are the main occupational hazards in the project. The hazards are very serious and should be improved through engineering and technical renovation. Take effective protective measures against occupational hazards to be controlled.
