山东聊城师范学院美术系讲师、青年画家张宪昌,经过长达六年的苦心搜集整理,创作绘制了民俗系列绘画《神话百图》。对于弘扬民族文化特别是华夏民俗文化,可说是一次有益的成功的尝试,所以引起有关专家学者与同仁的广泛注意,有关新闻媒介也及时进行了报道。为引起热心于民族文化研究者们的进一步关注,笔者特加简要评介,以飨海内外读者。神话产生于原始社会,是世界各民族民间艺术的永恒题材。神话是原始人类在万物有灵观念和浑沌思维方式支配下对宇宙、世界与自然的浪漫而瑰丽的形象解释,艺术地记载了人类早期创造世界的历史实践。这些神话,反映了人类的性格和意志,使人得到精神寄托、心灵慰藉和心态平衡。人类创造了自己的人类社会,同时又创造出主宰自己命运的神的世界。从最初的神诞生之日起,人的世界便再也没有离开神。中国是个富有造神传统的国家,可谓源远流长,品种齐全。在相当
