行政暴力执法无疑是一种性质恶劣的违法行为,它直接影响着民众与政府的关系,影响着社会稳定,阻碍着法制社会的建设。从新公共服务角度看,暴力执法有来自执法主体、行政相对人和社会思想等方面的原因。应采取综合治理措施,多方合作,以公共服务为自身定位,以法律为保障,从根本上预防和治理暴力执法。
Administrative violent law enforcement is undoubtedly a kind of illegal act of a very bad nature. It directly affects the relations between the people and the government, affects social stability and hinders the construction of a legal society. From the point of view of the new public service, violent law enforcement comes from the reasons of law enforcement subjects, administrative counterparts and social ideology. Comprehensive measures should be taken to coordinate and cooperate with each other, with public services as their own orientation and by law as their guarantee, so as to prevent and control violent law enforcement fundamentally.
