以数均相对分子质量(M-n)较高(8 361~21 760)的α,ω-二羟基聚甲基(3,3,3-三氟丙基)硅氧烷(PTFPMS)、聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和乙二胺为原料,制备了一系列贮存稳定性优良的大分子主链中含有少量(质量分数为5%)长PTFPMS链段的聚氨酯脲(PUU)水分散液,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明,与未改性或用低相对分子质量(M-n为798)PTFPMS改性的PUU水分散液相比,用高相对分子质量PTFPMS改性的PUU水分散液的粒径减小;含高相对分子质量PTFPMS链段的PUU水分散液成膜后,其表面疏水性和力学性能比纯PUU水分散液有很大程度的提高,而比含低相对分子质量(M-n为798)的PTF-PMS链段的PUU水分散液有一定程度的提高。关键词:水性聚氨酯脲;氟化聚硅氧烷;数均相对分子质量;耐水性;力学性能
Α, ω-dihydroxypolymethyl (3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) siloxane (PTFPMS) with a relatively high number average molecular weight (Mn) of 8 361 to 21 760, A series of macromolecule main chains with good storage stability were prepared with a small amount (5%) of PTFPMS segment in length, using diol, dimethylolpropionic acid, isophorone diisocyanate and ethylenediamine as raw materials. Of polyurethane urea (PUU) aqueous dispersion, and its performance were studied. The results showed that the particle size of aqueous PUU modified with high relative molecular mass PTFPMS was decreased compared with unmodified or low molecular weight (Mn 798) PTFPMS modified PUU dispersions; Compared with pure PUU aqueous dispersions, the surface hydrophobicity and mechanical properties of PTUMS aqueous dispersions with relative molecular mass of PTFPMS were significantly improved compared with those of pure PUU aqueous dispersions. Compared with the PUF with low molecular weight (Mn of 798) PMS segment PUU aqueous dispersion to a certain extent.
