贯彻按劳分配原则,实行奖励制度,是发展生产力加速实现“四化”之必需.然而,平均主义往往从中作祟,妨碍奖励制度的健康发展.平均主义的表现甚多,争立名目,差距微小,人人有份,彼此拉抬,是其共同特点.封建思想、小资产阶级思想是平均主义的根源;企业管理水平低,是平均主义猖獗的条件;相互影响,是平均主义蔓延的催化剂. 有的企业发放奖金原无什么基数,无奈左邻右舍、兄弟厂店都有基数,不得不从俗随流.
