陕西省作物学会耕作栽培研究会于4月12～14日在武功杨陵召开了成立大会。省、地农业科研单位、大专院校等从事耕作、栽培研究工作的专家、教授以及科技人员80多名代表参加了会议,省科协、省农业局的有关同志也出席了会议。会议经过酝酿协商推选出21名委员组成研究会委员会,讨论通过了研究会简章,制定出1981年工作计划。会议期间还进行了学术交流,卢增兰、龚仁德、赵志杰等十多位同志就作物布局、资源利用、旱农生产、耕作制
Shaanxi Institute of Crop Cultivation and Cultivation Research Association held a founding meeting in Wugong Yangling from April 12 to April 14. More than 80 representatives of experts, professors and scientific and technical personnel engaged in farming and cultivation research work in provinces, prefectural agricultural research institutes and tertiary institutions attended the meeting.
