本文针对传统水资源信息管理系统信息表现形式单一、功能简单、响应速度慢的问题,探索了提高水资源信息管理性能的解决方法,提出了一种将Flex与GIS服务相结合的分布式系统设计方案,在深入研究分析用户需求的基础上设计了一种基于富客户端技术的水资源管理系统,以实现水资源信息的管理与共享。该系统在传统GIS服务的基础上开发了时态分析功能及矢量数据在线编辑等功能,其表现力丰富、交互性强,并实现了跨浏览器和跨平台应用。
In view of the single, simple function and slow response time of traditional water resources information management system, this paper explores the solutions to improve the performance of water resources information management and proposes a distributed system design that combines Flex with GIS services Program, based on in-depth study and analysis of user needs, this paper designs a water resource management system based on rich client technology to realize the management and sharing of water resources information. Based on the traditional GIS services, the system develops the functions of tense analysis and online editing of vector data. The system has rich expressive power and strong interactivity, and implements cross-browser and cross-platform applications.
