为了解鄱阳湖区黄鳝群体的亲缘关系,对鄱阳湖区大花鳝,细花鳝,隐花鳝3种体色黄鳝的酯酶同工酶进行了研究,结果表明,黄鳝酯酶同工酶由EST-A和EST-B2个多态位点组成。各种体色黄鳝的多态位点百分率为100%,群体平均杂合度为0.4351~0.4646。表明黄鳝天然群体在酯酶同工酶酶系统各基因位点上具有较高的遗传变异水平,其遗传变异性大多发生于群体内,群体内变异占总变异的99.66%,而群体间变异只占总变异的0.34%;聚类分析表明,大花鳝和隐花鳝为同一分支,细花鳝为另一分支。
In order to understand the genetic relationship of the population of the eel in Poyang Lake, the esterase isoenzymes of three species of Monopterus albus in Poyang Lake were studied. The results showed that EST -A and EST-B2 polymorphic loci. The percentage of polymorphic loci of various color eel was 100%, and the average heterozygosity of the population was 0.4351 ~ 0.4646. The results showed that the natural population of rice eel had a high level of genetic variation at each locus of the esterase isoenzyme system.
