建立了任意节U型约束混凝土拱架的力学模型,计算分析了径向均布荷载和多点集中荷载作用下的拱架内力.进行了U型约束混凝土构件的纯弯曲试验和不同偏心率下的偏压试验,分析得到了UCC29-C40构件的压弯极限强度承载力计算公式(m-n曲线).基于此提出了U型约束混凝土拱架的屈服承载力计算方法,绘制了完整的计算流程图,进行了算例分析.同时开展了与算例条件基本相同的UCC拱架全尺寸力学试验,结果表明:实测拱架的屈服承载力为1 230kN,屈服承载力理论计算值误差为6.7%,且拱架屈服位置及钢材应变测试规律与内力计算结果吻合.
The mechanical model of U-shaped confined concrete arch was established and the internal forces of the arch under radial uniform loading and multi-point concentrated loading were calculated and analyzed.The pure bending test of U-shaped constrained concrete and the influence of different eccentricity (Mn curve) of ultimate bending strength of UCC29-C40 member was calculated and analyzed.The calculation method of yield capacity of U-shaped confined concrete arch was proposed and a complete calculation flow chart , The case study is carried out.At the same time, the full-scale mechanical test of UCC arch frame with the same conditions as the example is carried out. The results show that the yield stress of the measured arch frame is 1 230 kN and the theoretical calculated value of yield stress is 6.7% And the arch yield position and the steel strain test rule are consistent with the calculation results of internal forces.
