作者对107名孕妇(按距末次月经的时期分为3个组)、9例产后妇女及7例非孕女大学生进行了唾液流速、pH、总蛋白浓度、淀粉酶活性及唾液酸水平的测定。结果表明:5个组唾液流速、pH 值无差别;淀粉酶活性结果用方差分析,显示差异无显著性;总蛋白浓度在5组间差别有显著性,但3个孕妇组与产后组差别无显著性(非孕对照组高于其它4组);唾液酸水平随着妊娠时间延长而渐逐下降,产后又回升。
The authors measured saliva flow rate, pH, total protein concentration, amylase activity, and sialic acid levels in 107 pregnant women (divided into three groups from the last menstrual period), nine postnatal women, and seven non-pregnant college students . The results showed that there was no difference in the saliva flow rate and pH between the 5 groups. The result of amylase activity showed no significant difference by ANOVA. The total protein concentration was significantly different among the 5 groups, but there was no significant difference between the 3 groups Significance (non-pregnant control group was higher than the other 4 groups); sialic acid levels gradually decreased with the extension of pregnancy, rebound after childbirth.
