目的比较黔产铁苋菜不同采收期和部位中没食子酸及总黄酮的含量,结合生物产量,探讨其适宜采收期。方法采用HPLC法和UV法分别测定铁苋菜中没食子酸和总黄酮的含量。结果不同采收期内铁苋菜中没食子酸和总黄酮的含量以7月中旬的最高,没食子酸含量以8月底的最低,总黄酮含量以8月中旬的最低。铁苋菜的产量8月中旬的最大,7月份的与8月份的差异不明显;茎、叶占产量的最大比重,根的产量最低。叶中的没食子酸和总黄酮的含量最高。结论综合考虑活性成分含量及生物产量,建议黔产铁苋菜在7月份采收为宜。
Objective To compare the content of gallic acid and total flavonoids in different harvest time and parts of A. fern amaranth, and to explore the suitable harvesting period in combination with the biological yield. Methods The contents of gallic acid and total flavonoids in the fermented amaranth were determined by HPLC and UV. Results The content of gallic acid and total flavonoids in the fermented amaranth was the highest in the middle of July, the lowest content of the gallic acid in the end of August and the lowest in the middle of August. The output of iron amaranth was the highest in mid-August, while the difference in July and August was not obvious. The highest proportion of stem and leaf in the yield and the lowest in the root. The content of gallic acid and total flavonoids in leaves is the highest. Conclusion Considering the content of active ingredients and biological yield, it is suggested that Guizhou amaranth should be harvested in July.
