为了促进光合菌肥的推广应用,采用盆栽试验方法,研究光合细菌不同施用时期对水稻产量和品质的影响。结果表明:水稻孕穗后施用光合细菌可以提高水稻穗数、穗粒数、降低空瘪率,提高水稻产量,不同处理间产量差异达到极显著水平,水稻产量随光合细菌施用时间的推移增加幅度降低,孕穗后10d施用光合细菌对水稻产量影响最大;光合细菌可以提高稻米外观品质和食味品质,随施用时间推移,稻米垩白粒率、垩白度下降,蛋白质含量提高,在水稻孕穗期20~30d施用光合细菌稻米品质最佳。
In order to promote the popularization and application of photosynthetic bacteria fertilizer, pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different photosynthetic bacteria on the yield and quality of rice. The results showed that the application of photosynthetic bacteria to booting rice could increase the number of panicles per spike, the number of grains per ear, the emptying rate of empty rice and the yield of rice. The difference of yield among different treatments reached extremely significant level. The yield of rice increased with the time of photosynthetic bacteria application , Photosynthetic bacteria ten days after booting had the greatest impact on rice yield. Photosynthetic bacteria could improve the appearance quality and eating quality of rice. With the application of time, the chalky grain rate and chalkiness of rice decreased and the content of protein increased at the booting stage of rice, Photosynthetic bacteria were applied 30 days to provide the best rice quality.
