建立了基于1.3μm增益开关分布反馈式(DFB)半导体激光器的外电光采样系统.通过微小的LiTaO3电光探头做为电场传感器,实现了对具有重复频率的快速电脉冲波形的光学采样测量.实验测量了光电器件的脉冲响应及微带传输线上的梳状波波形.系统的性能分析表明该系统具有18GHz的带宽.
An external electro-optical sampling system based on a 1.3μm Gain Switch Distributed Feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser was established. Through the tiny LiTaO3 electro-optic probe as the electric field sensor, the optical sampling measurement of the fast electric pulse waveform with repetition frequency is realized. The impulse response of the optoelectronic device and the comb waveform on the microstrip transmission line were measured experimentally. System performance analysis shows that the system has 18GHz bandwidth.
