以甲壳胺和白及胶为成膜材料 ,按不同配比混合制备甲硝唑药膜。测定 3种不同配比的载药膜在蒸馏水中的溶出度 ,及同一种载药膜在不同 p H介质中的溶出度。结果表明 :药膜柔软透明 ,有一定的强度 ;不同配比的载药膜溶出度存在显著差异 ,同一种载药膜在 p H6.5和 p H7.4的缓冲溶液中的溶出度与在蒸馏水中的溶出度相差不大。认为甲壳胺 -白及胶混合制备载药膜是可行的 ,调整膜材料配比可改变载药膜的缓释性能
To chitosan and white and plastic film-forming materials, mixed with different ratio preparation of metronidazole film.
