最近,笔者在一家报刊上看到一篇谈论“半瓶水”司机的文章。说的是在某地统计了这样一组数字;刚学会开车的新司机肇事率达23%;老司机肇事率达12.6%;而学会开车两三年的司机肇事率却达到64.4%。由此,有的人借“满瓶不晃,半瓶晃”的俗语,称他们是“半瓶水”司机。为什么新司机和老可机肇事较少呢?愚以为新司机刚学会开车,怕出事故,所以处处小心谨慎,按照交通法规行事。而老司机的行车经验告诉他们,行车要小心,稍有不慎就很容易酿出血案,所以总是把安全放在首位。而
Recently, I read a newspaper article about “half a bottle of water,” the driver’s article.
