2-(4-氯-膦酸基苯偶氮)—7-(2,6-二溴-4-磺酸基苯偶氮)-1,8-二羟基—3,6-萘二磺酸(简称DBS-偶氮氯膦)是吸光光度法测定稀土元素和铂的灵敏显色剂,但用于微量钌的测定未见报道。本文发现,在酸性介质中,微量Ru(Ⅲ)的存在,对高碘酸钾氧化DBS—偶氮氯膦的褪色反应有明显的催化作用。在此基础上建立了在水相中直接测定微量钌的催化吸光光度分析的新方法。本法较通常测定微量钌的方法简便快速,灵敏度高,选择性亦好。方法检出限为0.05μg·(10ml)~(-1),钌含量在0.05~0.50μg·(10ml)~(-1)范围内符合比耳定律。反应只需在沸水浴(95℃)中加热5min即可完成。测定了贵金属精矿中钌的含量,结果满意。
2- (4-Chloro-phosphonophenylazo) -7- (2,6-dibromo-4-sulfophenylazo) -1,8-dihydroxy-3,6-naphthalenedisulfonic acid (DBS-chlorophosphonazo) is a sensitive chromogenic reagent for the determination of rare earth elements and platinum by spectrophotometry. However, the determination of trace amounts of ruthenium has not been reported. In this paper, we found that the presence of trace amount of Ru (Ⅲ) in acidic medium has a significant catalytic effect on the discoloration of DBS-chlorophosphonates by potassium periodate. On this basis, a new method for the determination of trace ruthenium in aqueous phase by catalytic spectrophotometry was established. This method is more commonly used in the determination of trace ruthenium method is simple, rapid, high sensitivity, selectivity is also good. The detection limit was 0.05μg · (10ml) -1 and the ruthenium content was within the range of 0.05-0.50μg · (10ml) -1. The reaction is completed by heating in a boiling water bath (95 ° C) for 5 min. The content of ruthenium in the precious metal concentrate was measured and the results were satisfactory.
