新常态、新型治理机制下,企业的内部、外部利益相关者对战略决策绩效的影响日益显著。基于此,对相关文献进行梳理,在统一的高层梯队框架下对高管团队(TMT)的内涵重新进行精细定位,并引入TMT外部团队过程的概念,提出理论假设和研究框架。通过对有效样本数据的实证分析,深入探究TMT外部团队过程、TMT团队自反对战略决策绩效的影响机理。研究结果表明,TMT外部团队过程1、TMT外部团队过程2对战略决策的质量和满意度均有显著的正向影响,并且TMT团队自反高比团队自反低更能增强这种关系。
Under the new normal and new governance mechanisms, the influence of internal and external stakeholders on the performance of strategic decision-making becomes increasingly significant. Based on this, the related literatures are sorted out, and the connotation of TMT is finely repositioned under the unified high-level echelon framework. The concept of TMT external team process is introduced, and theoretical hypotheses and research framework are put forward. Through the empirical analysis of valid sample data, this paper explores the influence mechanism of TMT team’s self-objection to strategic decision-making performance by deeply exploring TMT external team process. The results show that TMT external team process 1 and TMT external team process 2 have a significant positive impact on the quality and satisfaction of strategic decisions, and TMT team self-counterattack higher than the team self-reliance can enhance this relationship.
