计算机信息网络国际联网也是一个“社会”,是一个“网络社会”。在“网络社会”同样存在善与恶,同样存在着犯罪。这种犯罪包括方方面面,因此,如何进行和加强“网络社会的治安管理已是一个严峻的社会问题。做为治安管理的主力军——公安机关一定要认识到这一点,加强“网络社会”的立法工作,制定相关政策和措施,完善管理制度,增强用户的安全意识,提高识别判断计算机犯罪的能力。另外,公安机关要做好网络社会的治安工作,还应该建立一支高素质的“网络警察”队伍。
