高职院校是培养社会需求的综合型人才的主要场所,学生是学校教育的主要对象,学生管理是学校教育的重要内容。企业是检验高职教育效果的标准,为更好的实现校企接轨。7S管理是一种企业常用的科学管理方式,其能够有效提升企业员工的个人行动力与综合素质。在高职院引入企业的7S管理是是提升学生职业意识、职业态度和职业道德的有效途径,是有必要的,不单单可以满足当前社会对综合型人才的需求,同时还能够提升学生的综合能力。而且实践证明是可行。现文章主要针对高职院校7s管理的必要性与可行性进行研究,以期为高职院校的学生管理工作提供一定的借鉴与参考。
Higher vocational colleges are the main places for cultivating comprehensive talents with social needs. Students are the main target of school education. Student management is an important part of school education. Enterprise is to test the effect of higher vocational education standards, in order to better achieve school-enterprise convergence. 7S management is a kind of scientific management commonly used by enterprises, which can effectively enhance the personal mobility and overall quality of employees. The introduction of 7S management in higher vocational colleges is an effective way to enhance students ’professional awareness, professional attitude and professional ethics. It is necessary not only to meet the current society’s demand for comprehensive talents, but also to enhance students’ comprehensiveness ability. And practice shows that it is feasible. This article mainly studies the necessity and feasibility of 7s management in higher vocational colleges in order to provide some reference and reference for student management in higher vocational colleges.
